Let's start from the beginning. What has made you feel like crap? Who for that matter, has made you feel like crap? Is it your significant other, the negative people around you, or how about your diet? Whatever it is, let's forget about it.
Can I tell you how I know that you're worth it? I can tell, because you clicked on this blog post. If you weren't worth loving, or worth caring for, you wouldn't care about it. But you do. I know who you are. You're just like me; always wanting to please someone other than yourself. Always letting people walk all over you. Guess what? It's freaking time to STOP allowing that bull crap to happen. It's time to stick up for yourself okay?

Im going to keep today's post brief, but I want you to think about these three things during your week:
1. Are you doing something for yourself?
Go on a walk, or put on a face mask. Pamper yourself. You don't have to pay hundreds to do so either! Make your own DIY face masks, lip scrubs, or foot scrubs, and just love yourself. This will ensure that you really love yourself. After all, you can't love someone unless you love yourself, so let's practice that :).
2. Write down what you appreciate about your life.
Every single day, write down what you're appreciative of. Or, write down what really got on your nerves, but try to keep it positive! If you're in a relationship that you find is only one sided, write those feelings down then share them at the end of the year. Appreciating what is around you will make you realize that life is good, even though some days can seem like it isn't.
3. Stop feeling sorry for yourself.
We all get into funks. But feeling sorry for yourself because someone broke up with you, or that you didn't get a good grade, or a good critique from your boss, won't do you any good. Start taking responsibility for your life, and you will find that those feelings of feeling unworthy will disappear. You will gain confidence, and the ability to stand up for yourself when you believe in something.
Wow. 3 easy steps to get you to stop feeling like you're not worth it. I know you're worth it. Like I said, I used to be in your shoes. Your life can turn around, trust me.
